- Organize social and general meeting events.
- Attention to safety & security - especially Covid.
Communications
- Pursue full transparency in all matters concerning our condo.
- Seek resident participation in supporting our condo (join Board etc.)
- Maintain continuous contact with residents (e-newsletter, bulletin boards, etc.).
- Acknowledge our positive physical & social advantages - welcoming owners.
Legal
- Research and bring to owner attention any relevant law or regulation.
- Knowledgeable about condominium legislation and law in Ontario.
- Consult with retained legal counsel, our management company, others.
- Maintain a Resident's e-Manual & Rules - clear, condensed & simplified.
